Garden Patch
Date: Seasonal
The Garden Patch is open to anyone from the community for growing flowers and/or vegetables. They are on rental basis. Social events are also offered from time to time, compliments of NBBC.

ESL
Date: All year
Practice English Conversation
Free Classes
Beginner to Advanced Level
Our ESL classes practice conversational English, pronunciation and some grammar with an experienced ESL teacher. This relaxed class atmosphere is geared to one-on-one interaction, focusing on the student’s needs. Classes are offered as a community service with no cost to students.

“Preschool and Adult Coffee Time”
Simply put… moms hanging out together with their kids.

Movie Nights
Date: quarterly
Twice a year we host 100% free family-friendly movie nights on our big screen 30’x14′. Free admission includes popcorn and a drink – what a deal! We also clear out extra space up front for a pajama party – kids can come in their jammies and bring along their favourite blanket, stuffie, pillow, etc.

MILK BAG MATS

You may drop flattened milk bags off in the church foyer. There is a box labelled MILK BAGS.
Family Ministries
Ages: 6-12
Date: Wednesdays September-April
Our mid week Kids Club focuses on our community. We invite all walks of life, faith and race to join us as we learn from each other and enjoy a well-led program which involves games, education, a giving project and more.

Nursery Ages: 0-2
Preschool Ages: 3-SK
Jr. Church Ages: Grades 1-5
Children will remain with their care givers for a brief time in the worship service and then be dismissed to the lower level where the main Bible lesson will be taught. There is a time for small groups in discussion and activities geared to different age groups.
Jr & Sr Alternative Classes: Grades 6-8 & 9-12
Twice a month these groups meets during the sermon portion of the Sunday gathering.
Date: July & August
We offer fun-filled and well-led summer camps for all children. Our typical camps have been drama and movie themed camps.

We offer a program for children every PA Day.

Grades: 6-8
Date: Sept – June
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm
Once a month on Saturday evening:
Come to be energized by enthusiastic leaders. Events include: go-karting, laser tag, games, service projects, annual retreat & many more.
Sr. Youth
Grades: 9-12 Date: Sept- June
Events are organized twice a month for our Senior Youth as well as opportunities for winter retreats.

Young Adults meet socially and for discussion around relevant topics.
This group typically is for anyone after high-school and before kids. See calendar for upcoming dates.
Discipleship Resources
Deeper
Date: Twice a year (four consecutive Sundays)
We run a spring and fall training series on a variety of Christian topics that help to teach and motivate us to learn and live God’s truth.
Small Groups
Date: Tuesdays
Join one of our small groups to facilitate your spiritual growth and relationships.

Rightnow Media
Our access to Rightnow media allows you the opportunity to learn and grow on your own, in a small group or with family.

Gatherings
Date: Sundays 10am
Our Sunday morning gatherings focus is to come together as God’s people to share how we have seen God at work through the week. We do this by sharing stories, singing songs, reading Scripture and encouraging one another.
Music
Date: Sundays & Special Events
Our music teams are always evolving. We aim to creatively express our response to God’s love for us through music. We invite people to participate in our Thursday evening practices at 8pm. We often look for opportunities to play music in our community.
Art Class
Date: Tuesday 10am
We truly encourage everyone to bring praise to God through their unique talents and abilities. This is done at your work place, your home and at play. We have used dance, painting, writing, singing, and other creative means to present God’s truth to one another.

Foodshare

We have partnered with Foodshare Burlington to assist in providing food sources to local foodbanks and churches in order assist them in their goals of serving those in need of food. Our hope is to be the hands and feet of Christ to a world in need.
Counselling
Date: Wednesdays
Through the giftedness of some of our pastoral staff and professional counselors, we offer life counsel from a spiritual view point. We offer an initial session to couples, families and singles in our community.
